The Project

Arkhenos is a company dedicated to enhancing the sustainability and profitability of Mediterranean forests by providing tailored advisory services to forest owners and public administrations. Their mission focuses on contributing to the sustainable and profitable management of these forests through expert guidance.

They needed a fresh identity for their website, as the previous logo felt outdated and wasn’t versatile across different applications. To kick off the process, I assembled a moodboard with design inspirations from brands within the same industry. By analyzing these and other companies in the tech sector, I identified recurring patterns and themes that helped define the direction for Arkhenos' new visual identity. This exercise also clarified the essence of the brand—what it should and shouldn’t convey.

Taking full ownership of the project, I explored multiple visual directions, experimenting with different fonts, colors, and design elements. This phase allowed for an extensive creative exploration to determine what best represented the brand. After several rounds of client feedback, I refined the designs, testing how each logotype performed in various contexts.

In the end, I finalized a new logo for Arkhenos, reflecting its core values of honesty, trust, innovation, and collaboration. The redesigned identity introduces the Satoshi typeface alongside a refreshed color palette of Zucchini and Spring Green. This new branding will be implemented across all corporate materials and products, including brand guidelines, the website, and more.
